Account Management: Nurture, maintain, and strengthen relationships with the existing customer base to maximize client retention and repeat orders.
Market Expansion: Actively prospect and acquire new business clients. Analyze market trends to propose and implement tailored sales policies and commercial strategies for different regions or customer segments.
Sales Operations: Manage the end-to-end sales process. This includes processing orders, monitoring deliveries, and strictly tracking accounts receivable/debt collection to ensure stable cash flow and compliance with company procedures.
Customer Satisfaction: Promptly address and resolve any operational issues, complaints, or inquiries during the business process, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Candidate Requirements
Experience: From 1 - 2 years of sales experience in the FMCG sector. A proven track record in B2B Food or HoReCa channels is a strong advantage.
Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the domestic food market dynamics, supply chain, and B2B client behaviors.
Core Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong business acumen with a proven ability to develop and expand markets.
Attitude: Proactive, result-oriented, highly responsible, and capable of working well both independently and collaboratively.
