Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and manage relationships with both state-owned companies and private companies in Vietnam.
· Drive sales growth by identifying and capturing new business opportunities.
· Coordinate and communicate effectively with overseas headquarters and branch offices to ensure smooth business operations.
· Handle trade operations, including import and export procedures.
· Utilize AI tools and office processing software to enhance efficiency and deliver exceptional results.
· Solve problems and adapt quickly to new challenges while meeting sales objectives.
Key Requirements:
· Proficiency in English and Vietnamese, both written and spoken, is a must.
· Proven interpersonal skillset to communicate and build/maintain relationships with Vietnamese and global clients.
· Demonstrated capacity for fast learning and problem-solving.
· Experience in international trade operations or the ability to quickly learn and apply relevant skills.
· Detailed oriented personality and problem-solving capability is important.
· Strong skills in using AI and office processing tools.
