Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales Executive to support business development and client relationship activities. This role is suitable for candidates with 2-3 years of experience who are interested in sales, communication, and working in an international environment.
Sales Executive is responsible for identifying potential clients, building long-term relationships, and supporting the company’s business growth. The role also acts as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and successful project collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage strong B2B client relationships in the translation and localization industry Leverage advanced AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) to improve sales workflows and client communication
Drive lead generation and client engagement through email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels
Create customized proposals, quotations, and client presentations
Work closely with the marketing team to support campaigns, content creation, and brand development
Duration
2-month probation period
2–3 years’ experience in B2B sales (online sales preferred)
Skilled in English communication & negotiation skills
Strong in organization and time management
Familiar with LinkedIn outreach, CRM, CAT/TMS (preferred), AI solutions
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, able to work independently (hybrid/remote flexibility)
Knowledgeable in AI tools and applications in daily work
Proactive in contributing ideas to improve AI usage and workflows
Available to work in EU timezone (14:00 – 23:00 GMT+7 with a 2-hour break)
