About the role

We are looking for a driven and accomplished Sales and Operations Executive to join our growing team at ATTA Vietnam. This is a full-time role based in HCM/Hanoi, Vietnam. As Sales and Operations Executive, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our key client relationships, driving sales growth and ensuring exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and upsell opportunities
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand our client base
  • Conducting market research to understand customer needs and industry trends
  • Preparing and presenting sales proposals and pitches to prospective clients
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving any client issues or concerns
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with other teams to ensure successful delivery of client projects
  • Tracking and reporting on sales performance and pipeline
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and safety standards
  • Participate in the development and execution of the company's business plan
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record of success in a sales or account management role, ideally within the Sales industry and driving operational excellence
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to overcome objections and close deals
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with clients and team members
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field preferred
