Mô tả Công việc

  • Focusing on Sales Performance to achieve team targets, contributing to the team performance in term of gross profit and revenue.
  • Expanding ITL market share by winning new customers (direct customers), and retaining key customers to achieve the Sales target
  • Increase the import volume contribution by approaching customers who have import demands
  • Construction communication with colleagues and the product team to get the smartest and most effective commercial target.
  • Keep a good image of the Company in the market by a professional style of working
  • Not abetting the negative behaviors that adversely affect the reputation and finance of the company. Legal aspect as compliance.
  • Conduct business with the highest level of integrity and compliance.
  • Attend to all queries from customers and respond on time.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in sales logistics in a freight forwarding company.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • University degree, majoring in the relevant fields.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Good skills in Interpersonal communication and Customer Service.
  • Ability to work under pressure, good teamwork, and a spirit of regular job rotation.
  • Good with figures, responsible, careful, detail-oriented, dynamic, and hard-working.
  • Good knowledge of logistics and industrial.
