Sales & Logistics Executive (Temporary 8 month)

- Processing of customers order delivery and or shipment to ensure all customer’s orders are fulfilled

- Update daily, weekly and monthly production plan to meet customer demand by proportion company’s resources

- Publishing weekly stock report and monthly stock aging report to customers on every first week of the month

- Coordinate design development between Customers, Print Prep Department for commercial production

- Ensure customers fulfil MOQ per production run and MOQ per design development

- Stock inventory management on finish goods.

- Coordinate product qualification process

- To ensure company Sales & Log Objective target are met.

- Maintaining customer’s master file duly updated

- Actively participate and support improvement programs

- Liaise with internal/external department for delivery schedule.

- Ensure the communication flow effectively passed through and achieved OTIF delivery.

• 1. Technical
  - Education: College degree or higher in Business Management, Industrial Management, or a related field.
  - Skills & Competence:
  •Able to read/write report and communicate in English.
  •Proficient in excel worksheet.
  •Able to work to tight deadlines.
  2. Interpersonal
  •Conscientious, motivated and good initiative.
  •Able to work well with other functional departments.
  •Good communication skills – able to effectively communicate with staff at the lower level.
  •Able to multitask
