Mô tả Công việc

Position Summary: The Sales Manager (Chinese Accounts) is responsible for achieving sales targets within the assigned market segment. This role focuses on developing and implementing effective strategies to increase market share, fostering strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Performance:

  • Ensure the assigned targets are met;
  • Develop and implement strategies to generate new business opportunities with existing and new customers, increase market share;
  • Provide all customer visits, opportunities, Sales Leads and any other customer prospective information within Sales systems;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders;
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals;
  • Liaise and co-ordinate with internal departments and the company’s network to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.

2. Market Intelligence & Report:

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats;
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for the Country Sales Manager or senior management.

3. Assist the Country Sales Manager in ensuring team compliance and performance:

  • Monitor & coach junior Sales team members to expand their capabilities;
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment;
  • Guide, train and ensure the team’s compliance.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Key Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position;
  • Proficient in both Chinese and English.

Key Competencies & Skills:

  • Proven experience in export sales, preferably in the shipping or logistics industry;
  • Strong understanding of international trade regulations and shipping procedures;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong leadership skills;
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop sales strategies accordingly;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software;
  • Willingness to travel;
  • Consistently meets compliance standards.
