Mô tả Công việc

Job Responsibilities 

  • Manage sales performance for the retail channel across the Central region.
  • Drive the expansion and enhancement of distribution networks within the assigned territory.
  • Support the development and market penetration of product lines in the Central region.
  • Coordinate with internal departments including finance, logistics, legal, supply chain, and related functions to ensure smooth business operations and issue resolution.
  • Report business performance and provide recommendations on commercial plans and development strategies to management.
  • Maintain communication and cooperation with customers and business partners regarding sales and market development activities.
  • Work closely with suppliers and regional teams to exchange market updates, business direction, operational coordination, and resolve arising matters.
  • Supervise and manage the assigned sales team.
  • Process orders within the approved pricing framework.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Job Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the fertilizer sector.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, product knowledge, and fertilizer industry network development.
  • Experience in leading and coaching sales team.
  • Previous experience in FMCG/Agriculture multinationals is considered an advantage.
  • Data-driven mindset & business planning.
  • Good negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
