Responsible for developing business growth in the HRC channel.
Develop and implement business plans to achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Maintain, build, and strengthen relationships with existing customers while expanding and developing new customer networks.
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the HRC sales team.
Support sales staff in executing and achieving business plans and targets within the given timeframe.
Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating the performance of sales team members.
Advise and support the Board of Directors in developing business plans and strategies.
Perform other tasks as assigned based on business needs.
WORK LOCATION: 30 Nguyen Khang, Yen Hoa, Cau giay, HN

Experience in the F&B industry, preferably in imported food products.
Ability to work independently.
Experience in team management.
