SALES MANAGER - LOGISTICS

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The person in this role will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing relationships with existing and new clients, and ensuring sales targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Manage and train the sales team to achieve optimum performance.
• Establish a sales training program to train and develop new and existing team members.
• Analyze market and competition to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Plan and execute sales campaigns.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers and develop new client relationships.
• Ensure achievement of sales targets.
• Report directly to the CEO.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the logistics industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and planning skills.
• Dynamic, team-oriented, with high leadership capabilities.
• Proficiency in English is an advantage
