Develop and implement strategies to enhance local sales revenue, focusing on direct customers rather than co-loaders.
Achieve and exceed sales targets, goals, and budgets through effective planning and execution.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Provide actionable market intelligence to shape sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
Build and nurture strong relationships with customers through regular sales calls and visits.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Negotiate contracts and credit terms with customers, ensuring favorable outcomes for both parties.
Representing the company at industry events such as exhibitions and conferences to build brand visibility and network with potential customers.
Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team performance targets.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in freight forwarding industry
High achiever, self-driven with excellent verbal and written communication skills (both English and Vietnamese)
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Team player, flexible, hands-on with interpersonal skills and time management
Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced, changing environment.
Possess ability to build relationships with both internal and external teams.
University graduated.
Experience in CargoWise ERP system would be an added advantage.
