Job Overview

Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for a project consisting of luxury residences. This role requires extensive experience in high-end real estate sales, strategic thinking, and the ability to connect with and manage relationships with affluent clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify, engage, and manage relationships with VIP clients, including investors, entrepreneurs, and financial funds.
• Negotiate and close deals while designing flexible payment solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing and high-end partners to organize exclusive sales events.
• Manage and train the sales team to ensure top performance.
• Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and propose optimal sales strategies.

Job Requirements

• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
