POSITION OBJECTIVE
Develop and manage sales activities in the assigned region, build and maintain strong customer relationships, lead the sales team to achieve business targets, and contribute to the sustainable growth of AMG Vietnam.
REGIONAL COVERAGE
Hanoi Office – Northern Vietnam
▸ Hanoi, Hai Phong, Bac Ninh, Hai Duong, Hung Yen, Thai Nguyen, and other Northern industrial zones
Ho Chi Minh City Office – Southern Vietnam
▸ Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Long An, Ba Ria – Vung Tau, and other Southern industrial zones
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Business Development & Sales Management
▸ Lead, coach, and supervise the sales team in the assigned region
▸ Develop new business opportunities and expand AMG’s customer portfolio
▸ Build and maintain long-term relationships with direct shippers, manufacturers, trading companies, and overseas partners
▸ Identify and develop key accounts with sustainable business potential
▸ Build and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets
▸ Monitor sales performance, pipeline development, quotation activities, and customer conversion rates
2. Customer Management
▸ Conduct regular customer visits and business meetings
▸ Prepare service proposals, quotations, and tailored logistics solutions for customers
▸ Negotiate rates, contracts, and service agreements
▸ Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
▸ Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
3. Internal Coordination
▸ Coordinate closely with Pricing, Customer Service, Operations, and Accounting teams to ensure smooth service delivery
▸ Support operational teams in handling key accounts and strategic customers
▸ Ensure effective communication among departments to meet customer expectations
4. Team Leadership
▸ Guide and motivate sales team members to achieve individual and team KPIs
▸ Participate in recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation of sales staff
▸ Share market knowledge, sales techniques, and industry updates with the team
▸ Build a positive, collaborative, and performance-driven team culture
5. Reporting & Market Analysis
▸ Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
▸ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands
▸ Provide management with recommendations on business opportunities and market development strategies
▸ Ensure CRM data and sales records are updated accurately and in a timely manner
6. Credit Control
▸ Coordinate with the Accounting Department on customer payment status
▸ Support collection activities and ensure payment terms are properly managed
▸ Minimize bad debt risks and maintain healthy customer account
Experience Required
Minimum 2–3 years in Freight Forwarding, Logistics Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management
Working Hours
Monday – Friday: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM | Saturday: 08:00 AM – 12:00 PM
REQUIREMENTS
Education
▸ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics, or related fields
Experience
▸ Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management
▸ Experience in Sea Freight Export/Import is required
▸ Air Freight, Trucking, Customs Brokerage, or Project Cargo experience is a strong advantage
▸ Strong customer network and experience working with direct shippers are highly preferred
▸ Previous experience leading or mentoring a sales team is preferred

▸ Strong sales and business development skills

▸ Good understanding of logistics operations, pricing structures, and profitability management
▸ Ability to work independently and perform well under pressure
▸ Good command of English in both spoken and written communication
