Business Development in the Malaysian Market
· Establish and maintain relationships with retail partners and key chains such as Guardian Malaysia.
· Develop online sales channels such as Shopee and TikTok Shop, manage marketing activities on these platforms to optimize revenue.
· Assess new business opportunities and propose strategies to reach target customers and expand market share in Malaysia.
· Analyze the market, study consumer trends, and competitive products to formulate relevant business strategies.
Sales & Marketing Strategy
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute promotional programs, product launch events, and sales-boosting activities across channels.
· Manage and develop the sales team, plan targets, supervise and optimize sales performance.
· Work closely with product and marketing teams in Vietnam & lead Malaysia team to create content and campaigns tailored to local preferences and culture.
· Brand Building and Social Media Activities
· Develop branding strategies to enhance brand awareness in the Malaysian market, especially on social media platforms.
· Manage social media activities, including content, advertising, and engagement on main channels such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
· Plan and execute influencer marketing activities, collaborating with suitable KOLs/KOCs to promote products.
· Measure, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of branding and marketing campaigns across different platforms, recommending improvements where necessary.
· Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role within the personal care, beauty, or FMCG industry. Experience in developing international markets is an advantage.
