Mô tả Công việc

Responsible for maintaining client communication via phone/email, supporting sales activities, and contributing to revenue growth through proactive outreach and client engagement.
Handling documentation, order processing, sample submissions, quotation coordination, system data entry, and client follow‑ups to ensure smooth and efficient operational workflows.

Respond to incoming calls and inquiries from prospects. Prepare, check, and submit quotations based on client requests (sample details, TAT, test items, pricing).             

Create application forms after quotation approval and ensure all client billing & reporting information is accurate.       

Coordinate sample submissions, follow up on sample receiving status, communicate with clients regarding pending documents, sample statuses, and report timelines.                 

Assist in client feedback collection and follow up on complaints (if any).               

Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote SGS services. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.                

Support in managing stable clients and routine submissions.                  

Streamline sales processes, identify inefficiencies, and automate tasks to boost productivity.        

Assist in preparing contracts, documentation, tender submissions, scheduling meetings, and producing weekly/monthly sales reports.                     

Prepare marketing materials, sales kit for sales activities (Brochures, presentation, service capability, price list, gift initiative, etc…)                  

Follow up on overdue payments, remind clients of outstanding invoices, and coordinate with the customer service team for debt collection.                 

Coordinate with laboratory, CS, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of job.

Support other duties as directed by the manager.           

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

At least one year experience in oil & gas, Industrial Lubrication, Electrical Engineering, Rotating Equipment Maintenance or related fields.  

University degree in a relevant field.      

Excellent communication and phone-handling skills.       

English level B equivalent.
