1. Sales Operations Management
- Optimize sales processes across the entire system.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team.
- Ensure compliance and transparency in sales operations
2. Sales Policy Development & Management
- Develop sales policies, discount structures, and incentive schemes for the sales team based on market conditions and regional sales plans.
- Supervise and manage trade promotion and incentive programs.
- Monitor, coordinate, and calculate program implementation in accordance with approved policies.
- Control the policy payout process to ensure accuracy and compliance with the allocated budget
3. Sales Planning and Revenue Management
- Consolidate and develop Monthly / Quarterly / Annual sales plans.
- Allocate sales targets by Region / Distributor / Product.
- Monitor and evaluate sales KPIs on a periodic basis.
- Analyze variances between planned and actual performance.
- Propose solutions to improve sales effectiveness and overall performance.
4. Data Analysis and Reporting
- Develop and maintain sales and inventory reporting systems by Region / Product / Period.
- Monitor inventory turnover and propose appropriate policies to optimize stock levels.
- Analyze business performance by SKU.
- Recommend sales policies aligned with inventory conditions and market dynamics.
5. A&P and Profitability Management
- Monitor and control A&P expenses by Product / Channel.
- Control selling expenses.
- Analyze profitability by SKU / Channel.
- Propose solutions to optimize margins and improve overall P&L performance.
6. Trade Credit Policy Management
- Participate in developing sales credit policies.
- Collaborate with the DoR to propose credit and payment limits.
- Monitor accounts receivable and analyze aging by Region and Distributor.
- Coordinate with the sales team to follow up on debt collection.
- Prepare periodic accounts receivable reports (Monthly / Quarterly / Annual)
7. Compliance and Confidentiality
- Maintain a solid understanding of company regulations and Collective Labor Agreements.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and uphold confidentiality standards related to the company
8. Experience in trade marketing is an advantage.
