This is a strategic, hands-on role:
• Work directly with business owners & factory managers
• Solve real challenges & create lasting market impact
• Consultative, not scripted sales
• Fieldwork that shapes the future
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Enjoys working directly with both management and on-site operations
Interested in "thinking-based" sales rather than transactional selling
Motivated by building markets together with manufacturers
Comfortable working with long-term goals rather than quick wins
Requirements:
• B2B sales or business development experience
• Confident with management-level decision-makers
• Communicates in English or Japanese
• Enjoys fieldwork & long-term market building
Preferred Experience:
• Sales experience in industrial, manufacturing, or automotive-related fields
• Experience in distributor or channel development
• Background in consultative or solution-based sales
