1. Build Cold Chain Business from Ground Up
• Develop and execute business plans for refrigeration / cold chain solutions in Vietnam
• Identify key target segments: retail chains, food processing, logistics, pharma ….
2. Work Close to the Market
• Conduct market research with:
• Dealers, contractors, installers
• Investors, developers, consultants
• Analyse competitors and define market positioning
3. Drive Project & B2B Sales
• Approach and develop key accounts (chain stores, cold storage, etc.)
• Work on real projects: Proposal, Technical solution, Commercial negotiation
4. Connect Engineering with Business
• Translate customer needs into technical solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams: Sales, Engineering, Supply chain
• Work with regional teams (Japan, Malaysia)
5. Strategic Planning & Execution
• Build pipeline, forecast sales
• Track performance & report to management
• Support strategic decisions for new business development
• Bachelor’s Degree in HVAC / Mechanical / Thermal Engineering
• 2–5 years of experience in: HVAC / Refrigeration OR technical sales / project sales (B2B)
• Good English (working with regional teams)
• Experience in:
+ Cold room / CDU / unit cooler / showcase / refrigeration system
+ Retail chains / F&B / logistics / cold storage projects
• Proactive, hunter mindset
• Able to work independently & under pressure
