- Consulting, negotiating, and responding to customers about product-related requests.

- Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and trust according to the correct procedures.

- Customer visit, maintain relationships with customers.

- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Experience in sales or working with vendors is preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good at English.
