As our Sales Coordinator, you will ensure every deal is accurately recorded, clearly visible, and consistently progressing. Your work will help the team stay organized and enable leadership to make confident business decisions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales opportunities
• Ensure every deal has clear status updates, notes, and next steps
• Monitor pipeline movement and flag stalled or overdue opportunities
• Prompt team members for missing information or updates
• Support adherence to the firm’s sales process
• Prepare simple pipeline summaries for weekly review
• Identify data inconsistencies and escalate risks early
