Sales Training Enhancement & Evaluation Specialist

Training Enhancement:

• Support in finalizing the design of specific learning content, curriculum, and learning pathways to meet the needs of the Business Unit and address market issues (scenarios, activities, training situations).
• Update and refine training content and training programs (including those on E-Learning)
• Ensure the implementation of training programs, training activities, projects, and training courses as required by superiors

Training Evaluation:

• Collect and categorize feedback data for Training Needs Analysis and Training Effectiveness for the Business Unit
• Participate in the overall TNA process as required
• Analyze survey results and assess training needs to propose a Training Program to meet the needs of the Business Unit

Training Delivery:

• Conduct effectively training / coaching sessions for sales on Training Roadmap

Other tasks in Sales Training Department: paper work, designing training materials, branding.

• Bachelor Graduate, major in Training, Education, Social Science, Banking, Finance or Business Administration
• Understanding of sales / collection of Banking/Consumer Finance/Insurance is a plus
• At least 01 years’ experiences in Training area or similar fields
• Good command of English
• Strong in training facilitating and professional presentation skill
• Strong in building and motivating team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in PowerPoint
• Experience with content creation and delivery, including email, newsletters, videos
• Experience using design tools is a plus (Canva, Photoshop,…etc.)
