Sample Material Warehouse Lead

1. Receiving & Inspection Management:
- Supervise and coordinate the receiving of incoming sample materiasl (upper/bottom) from internal & external suppliers.
- Verify shipment details (order number, model, quantity, color, specifications) and ensure accuracy.
- Ensure all receiving data is accurately recorded in systems/logs.

2. Material preparation (in the collaboration with T3):
- Proceed the material outsource processing (printing, lamination, etc).
- Ensure the processed material ETA.

3. Storage & Warehouse Organization:
- Plan and oversee storage arrangements according to warehouse layout, safety, and efficiency standards.
- Ensure proper labeling, FIFO/FEFO (if applicable), and traceability of all materials.
- Maintain high standards of warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety compliance.
- Optimize space utilization and improve storage processes continuously.

4. Issuing & Internal Delivery Coordination:
- Supervise material preparation and delivery to internal departments to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

5. Inventory Control & Accuracy:
- Take ownership of inventory accuracy and stock integrity.
- Analyze discrepancies between physical stock and system records and ensure corrective actions.
- Implement improvements to inventory control processes to minimize errors and losses.

6. Team Management & Development:
- Supervise warehouse staff, assign daily tasks, and monitor performance.
- Provide training and guidance to ensure staff follow procedures and standards.
- Promote teamwork, discipline, and a safety-first working culture.

7. Process Improvement & Compliance:
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency, accuracy, and workflow.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and audit requirements.
- Support digitalization or system improvements related to warehouse operations.

- Diploma or above in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Management, or related field preferred.

- Minimum 2–4 years of warehouse experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or senior role.

- Experience in footwear, manufacturing, or materials warehouse is an advantage.

- Good understanding of warehouse operations: receiving, storage, issuing, and inventory control.

- Familiar with inventory management methods (FIFO/FEFO, cycle count, stock reconciliation).

- Basic knowledge of quality inspection standards for materials (shoe bottoms is a plus).

- Familiar with warehouse systems (ERP/WMS) and data recording practices.
