Mô tả Công việc

1. Sample Scheduling Management:
- Plan, organize, and manage sample production schedules in alignment with development timelines and priorities.
- Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams (development, material, etc.) to ensure feasibility and capacity alignment.
- Monitor daily progress of sample making and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts or delays.
- Ensure all schedules are accurately updated and communicated to stakeholders in a timely manner.

2. Sample Shipping Coordination:
- Oversee all sample shipment activities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and on-time dispatch.
- Lead the coordination with logistics partners and internal teams to ensure smooth shipping processes.
- Ensure proper documentation, labeling, and compliance with customer and export requirements.

3. Team Leadership & Operations:
- Lead, coach, and develop the scheduling and shipping team.
- Set clear priorities, assign tasks, and monitor team performance.
- Drive continuous improvement in scheduling efficiency and shipping accuracy.
- Establish and maintain standard operating procedures.

4. Data Accuracy & Reporting:
- Ensure all scheduling and shipping data is accurately maintained in systems.
- Generate regular reports on schedule adherence, on-time delivery, and shipment status.

5. Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as the key contact point for sample scheduling and shipping matters.
- Provide clear and timely updates to internal teams and customers (e.g., development teams, brand representatives).
- Escalate risks or delays proactively with proposed solutions.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

- 5+ years of experience in footwear/apparel manufacturing, preferably in sample room or product development.

- Proven experience in scheduling, planning, or logistics/shipping.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

- Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken).

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with ERP systems is a plus.
