Scrum Master/BrSE (Japanese speaking)

• Facilitating Scrum Events: Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective, etc.
• Coach the Team: helping everyone understand Scrum theory, practices, principles, and values
• Removing Blockers: Identifying and eliminating obstacles that hinder progress.
• Ensuring Agile Best Practices: Encouraging collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement
• Support Team Member: Provide all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible.
• Defining Project Scope & Goals: Setting clear objectives and deliverables
• Managing Budget & Timeline: Ensuring the project stays within financial and time constraints
