Mô tả Công việc

- Check and negotiate rates with shipping lines/overseas agents to obtain the most competitive prices for sea import shipments to Vietnam.

- Arrange bookings & documentation with overseas agents and shipping lines.

- Monitor shipment schedules and cargo status; regularly update customers and sales teams.

- Proactively handle and resolve any issues arising during shipment execution.

- Review and ensure the accuracy of import documents, including Bill of Lading, debit notes, and all related charges

- Prepare and release Arrival Notice (A/N), Delivery Orders (D/O) in accordance with company policies and procedures.

- Support manifest filing and ensure regular compliance with local authorities’ requirements.

- Assist in preparing debit/credit notes to customers, agents and arranging payment to shipping lines/ suppliers.

- Coordinate closely with customs brokers, trucking providers, and warehouses to ensure smooth cargo clearance and delivery.

- Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth shipment handling and high-quality customer service.

- Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Education: College or University degree in Logistics, International Business, Foreign Trade, or related fields.

- Experience: 6months - 01 year of experience as Import or Export Customer Service in Freight Forwarding/Logistics companies.

- Skills & Competencies:

Good knowledge of sea import procedures, FCL/LCL shipments

Good understanding of forwarding operations and import shipment processes.

Strong relationships with agents, shipping lines, or co-loaders are strong advantages.

Careful, detail-oriented, especially in document checking (B/L, debit notes, invoices, etc.).

Good command of written English, able to communicate effectively via email with overseas agents.

High sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit, and professional working attitude.
