Senior Account Executive (Savills Place)

Client & Business Development

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business challenges.

· Identify opportunities for new business and provide strategic recommendations to clients.

· Support in preparing compelling proposals and presentations that align with client needs.

· Conduct market research to enhance project insights and business development strategies.

Project Management & Execution

· Serve as the main point of contact throughout project lifecycles.

· Develop and manage project plans, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery within budget.

· Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to streamline execution.

· Proactively address challenges and provide solutions to keep projects on track.

· Monitor project performance, tracking key deliverables and optimizing efficiency.

Strategic Planning & Proposal Development

· Develop strategic proposals that align with branding, marketing, and placemaking objectives.

· Craft data-driven insights to support client recommendations.

· Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to bring proposals to life.

· Ensure all proposals and documents meet high professional standards in terms of structure, clarity, and impact.

Attention to Detail & Reporting

· Ensure accuracy in all project deliverables, timelines, and cost estimates.

· Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions and project status.

· Analyze project outcomes and generate post-project reports to drive continuous improvement.

·         Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

·         At least 2 years of experience in branding, marketing, business development, or project management. Experience in real estate, agencies, or placemaking is a plus.

·         Fluency in English (both written and spoken) for proposal writing and client communication.

·         Strong strategic thinking and ability to develop creative, results-driven proposals.

·         Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

·         Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant digital tools
