Senior Administration Officer – Book Keeper

Position Overview:

The Senior Administration Officer – Book Keeper will provide administrative, financial, and operational support to the Director- Vietnam and the Senior Management team in Australia. This role requires experience in Fast Accounting, MISA Accounting, export procedures, and general administration, as well as fluency in English and Vietnamese to assist with translation between the Director and staff. This role also has weekly reporting with the COO in the Australian office to ensure the smooth coordination of reporting and business processes.

Position Details:

- Manage and maintain financial records using Fast Accounting and MISA software.

- Prepare and submit weekly finance and human resource reports to the Director and COO.

- Perform administrative tasks as directed by the Director of Octivo Vietnam and the COO in Australia.

- Liaise with local businesses to source production resources and build relationships.

- Support export documentation and processes to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and HR-related documentation.

Must-have:

- Proven ability to manage monthly book-keeping and reporting using software such as Fast Accounting and MISA.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.

- Ability to work independently and take initiative.

- Strong administration experience.

- Strong organisational, reporting and multitasking abilities.

- Fluent English; clear, confident client communication.
