Mô tả Công việc

1. Brand & Portfolio Strategy

  • Lead the development and execution of mid-term brand strategies aligned with the Company’s overall direction..
  • Define clear roles for brands and product lines within the portfolio to avoid overlap and optimize business performance.
  • Monitor brand health and portfolio performance to proactively recommend adjustments.

2. New Product Development & Portfolio Optimization

  • Guide, challenge, and approve new product or renovation proposals from Brand Managers.
  • Work closely with R&D, Sales, and relevant functions throughout development, launch, and post-launch evaluation.
  • Ensure new or improved products meet market needs and deliver commercial effectiveness.

3. Marketing Performance & Budget Management

  • Consolidate and manage marketing budgets at portfolio or brand group level

  • Evaluate marketing investment effectiveness through KPIs and ROI, and recommend optimization.

  • Guide investment priorities based on product lifecycle and growth objectives.

4. Commercial & Channel Alignment

  • Collaborate with Sales and Trade Marketing on channel strategies, POSM, promotions, and activations.

  • Ensure brand strategies are effectively translated into in-store execution and consumer usage behavior.

5. Leadership & Team Development

  • Manage, coach, and develop the Brand Manager team.

  • Build category thinking, analytical capability, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Ensure planning quality, execution standards, and delivery timelines.

6. Reporting & Strategic Advisory

  • Provide regular reports to the CMO on brand and portfolio performance and growth opportunities.

  • Participate in annual marketing planning and strategic initiatives.

  • Other tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.

  • Minimum 7–8 years of FMCG marketing experience, including at least 3–4 years as a Brand Manager or equivalent role.

  • Experience managing product portfolios or brand groups.

  • Strongly preferred: direct experience in the beverage industry or categories with fast new product launches, short consumption cycles, and high requirements for consumer acceptance.

  • Strong change management capability, multitasking skills, and ability to deliver results under high pressure.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels.

  • Solid brand management expertise and strategic brand development capability.

  • Strategic mindset with strong execution skills.

  • Deep understanding of consumer behavior and usage occasions.
