Mô tả Công việc

1. Payroll Management

  • In charge of full payroll cycle, including monthly timesheet, payroll, overtime, allowances, incentives, deductions, and final settlements, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments.
  • Validate payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate with Finance for payroll processing and statutory payments.
  • In charge of Social, Health and Unemployment Insurance (SHUI) and Personal Income Tax (PIT), including employee registration, adjustments, declarations, annual tax finalization, and employee support.
  • Ensure compliance with Vietnamese Labor Law and all statutory regulations related to payroll and employee benefits.

3. Employee Relations

  • Provide guidance to employees on C&B policies, benefits, and HR procedures.
  • Handle employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, insurance, and taxation.
  • In charge of disciplinary processes, including documentation, meeting coordination, and compliance with internal policies and labor regulations.
  • Maintain proper employee records and documentation.

4. HRIS

  • Maintain accurate employee data throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, salary changes, and offboarding.
  • Support HRIS enhancements, testing, and continuous process improvements.

5. HR Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare periodic HR reports, including payroll reports, headcount, labor cost, statutory reports, and other HR metrics.
  • Analyze payroll and C&B data to identify trends and support management decision-making.
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR data.

6. Process Improvement & Others

  • Review and improve payroll and C&B processes to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Support HR projects, policy updates, audits, and system implementations as assigned.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • BA degree in Social Sciences/ Business Administration/Human Resource Management preferred.
  • Minimum 05 years of experience.
  • Knowledge of Vietnam Labor law, policies/procedures regarding Human Resource Management (C&B, PIT, SI, HI, UI).
  • Good English communication skills is preferred.
  • Proficient in computer skills and MS Office
  • Works effectively in a dynamic atmosphere.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
