Lead and manage capability development and training programs for manufacturing operations to enhance workforce competency, operational excellence, and compliance with company standards and international food safety and quality systems within the beverage industry.
Scope of responsibilities
1. Training & Capability Development
· Develop and implement annual training plans for manufacturing functions
· Conduct training programs for Production, Engineering, QA, Warehouse, and Operations teams
· Develop and standardize SOPs, Work Instructions (WI), One Point Lessons (OPL), and training materials
· Build and maintain competency matrices and skill matrices for manufacturing employees
· Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, observations, and performance tracking
· Coordinate onboarding and operational training programs for new employees
· Develop internal trainers and support coaching activities for supervisors and operators.
2. Compliance & Quality Systems
· Ensure all training activities comply with: ISO, GMP, HACCP, OHS, FSSC 22000, Food Safety standards
· Support internal and external audits related to training and compliance systems
· Maintain training records and ensure audit readiness
· Support implementation and sustainability of manufacturing standards and procedures)
3. Capability Building & Continuous Improvement
· Identify competency gaps and propose development actions
· Support capability development initiatives to improve operational performance
· Participate in Continuous Improvement projects (Lean, TPM, Kaizen, 5S)
· Support operational excellence and workforce productivity improvement programs
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen technical and operational capabilities
Age: From 30 – 45 years old
Education:
Bachelor degree or higher in engineering with relating field such as Industrial Management, Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Industrial Engineering, etc.
Experience:
· Minimum 5 years of industrial experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
· Experience in the Food & Beverage industry preferred.
· Background in Lean, TPM, Six Sigma (certifications are a plus).
· Experience in training, facilitation, and team development.
· Knowledge of QMS, HACCP, GMP, ISO, FSSC 22000, OHS standards
Working Time: 8:00 – 17:00, Monday – Friday & alternative Saturday
Working Location: Red Bull Vietnam, Ha Noi Highway, Dong Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City (1.5km from Mien Dong Station, 500m from Thuy Chau park, 500m from Tan Van intersection, 1km from Dong Nai bridge (From Saigon to Bien Hoa Direction)
