- Review the weaknesses in the current debt recovery guidelines, processes, and regulations. Propose suggestions, solutions, and improvements to enhance and increase debt recovery efficiency

(Rà soát các điểm yếu trong các hướng dẫn/quy trình/quy định thu hồi nợ hiện tại từ đó đưa ra các đề xuất/giải pháp/cải tiến nhằm cải thiện và tăng hiệu quả thu hồi nợ. - Regularly review and update Collection procedures/regulations to ensure compliance with the latest legal requirements.

(Cập nhật các thay đổi của quy định Pháp luật để đưa ra các đề xuất thay đổi quy trình/quy định THN tại ngân hàng phù hợp theo quy định của pháp luật từng thời kỳ.)

- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, new programs, and industry best practices in debt collection. Based on this research, develop and propose initiatives to enhance VPBank's debt collection policies and procedures

(Cập nhật các thay đổi, xu hướng, các chương trình mới đang có trên thị trường từ đó nghiêng cứu và đưa ra các sáng kiến có thể áp dụng cho VPBank trong mảng chính sách/quy trình thu hồi nợ.)

- Monitoring operational units to ensure adherence to newly issued guidelines, procedures, and regulations within the initial 3-6 month period

(Kiểm soát các đơn vị vận hành trong việc triển khai.thực hiện các hướng dẫn/quy trình/quy định mới được ban hành trong thời gian đầu từ 3 – 6 tháng)

- Coordinating with relevant stakeholders such as the Legal and Compliance (PC), Internal Audit (IA), business units, and branches to ensure the accurate and timely explanation of VPBank's debt recovery procedures and regulations to legal authorities, and to maintain compliance within the Debt Collection Division (DCD)

(Làm việc với các bên liên quan bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn như: Khối Pháp chế Tuân thủ (PC), Khối Kiểm toán nội bộ (IA), các đơn vị nghiệp vụ, chi nhánh trong việc giải trình các quy trình/quy định THN của VPBank cho cơ quan pháp luật, giải trình PC/IA, kiểm soát tuân thủ tại Khối Thu hồi và Xử lý nợ.)

- Proactively undertake ad-hoc and specialized QA tasks, and propose new QA initiatives to maintain QC compliance

(Thực hiện các QA adhoc, chuyên đề khi có yêu cầu hoặc tự đề xuất QA chuyên đề nhằm đảm bảo việc tuân thủ hoạt động QC.)

- Work closely with stakeholders to create and implement procedures for the Debt Collection Division, and complete any other tasks as assigned by the direct manager. Ensure all tasks are finished accurately and on time.

(Phối hợp với các bên liên quan xây dựng các quy trình/quy định có liên quan đến Khối Thu hồi và Xử lý nợ (DCD), các nhiệm vụ khác được giao bởi Quản lý trực tiếp, hoàn thành các nhiệm vụ đầy đủ và đúng deadline.)

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1. Educational Qualifications

• University degree, preferably in Finance, Banking, Economy, Law, etc

2. Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise

Must have:

• At least 3 years experience in retail banking, 2 of them in Collections policy
• Understanding of collection regulation/process

3. Competencies/Skills:

• English skills: Reading, Listening, Reading & Writing
• Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Visio, Bizagi
• Independent working skills
• Analytical, judgmental thinking
• Strong organization and coordination skills, can deliver team tasks on time.
• Good personal skills, Good communication skills
