Senior Collections Project Management Specialist ( 6 month contract)

Responsible for proposing and coordinating with other department, control project timeline to implement projects at Collections Division from the beginning to the end.

Quản lý dự án/ Project Management

• Đề xuất, đưa ra yêu cầu và quản lý dự án nhằm hỗ trợ các hoạt động Xử Lý Tín Dụng: Ứng dụng Vymo, phát triển hệ thống Pega/ Propose, require, and monitor projects to support Collections activities: Vymo applications, develop Pega system,…
• Điều phối với các phòng ban để đáp ứng yêu cầu dự án cũng như hoàn thành đúng hạn/ Cooperate and coordinate with other department to meet project requirements and complete project on schedule
• Tìm ra và quản lý việc xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh của dự án/ Detect and monitor the issues of project until they are solved
• Hỗ trợ cấp quản lý phát triển các dự án mới cho Khối Xử Lý Tín Dụng/ Support line manager to develop new project for Collections Division

Vận hành/ Operating

• Theo dõi và đánh giá hiệu quả dự án đối với các hoạt động của Khối Xử Lý Tín Dụng, đảm dự vận hành của dự án/ Track and evaluate the effectiveness of project for business activities of Collections Division, ensure projects are smoothly operated

Lập báo cáo/ Reporting

• Lập báo cáo Dự Án Xử Lý Tín Dụng định kỳ/ Periodical Collections Project report
• Báo cáo theo dõi tình trạng tiến độ dự án/ Project’s status report

Đảm bảo các hoạt động vận hành tuân thủ theo các quy định, chính sách và thủ tục đã được phê duyệt

Ensure operating in accordance with the approved regulations, policies and procedures

Các công việc khác được giao bởi cấp quản lý/ Undertake other tasks assigned by Line Manager

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Tốt nghiệp Đại Học, chuyên ngành IT, Quản Trị Kinh Doanh, Kinh Tế hoặc các ngành liên quan/ University Graduate, major: IT, Business Administration, Economics or relevant areas 
• Tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm mảng Tài Chính (ngân hàng, bảo hiểm, đầu tư,…) hoặc điều phối dự án/tham gia quản lý dự án/ At least 02 years’ experience working in Finance sector (banking, insurance, investment…) or project coordinator/ participation in project management
• Kỹ năng phân tích và tư duy logic tốt/ Strong Analytical and logical thinking skill
• Thành thạo ứng dụng văn phòng/ Proficiency in MS Office (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel,  PL/SQL)
• Kỹ năng tổ chức và lên kế hoạch tốt/ Strong Organizational skill, planning skill
• Kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề tốt/ Strong Problem-solving skills
• Kỹ năng lập báo cáo tốt/ Strong Reporting skill
• Lưu loát tiếng Anh và tiếng Việt/ Fluency in Vietnamese & English
