Senior Collections Training Specialist

Conduct training & coaching needs analysis of assigned collections frontline teams to propose and develop appropriate training & coaching programs.

Develop documents according to training and coaching programs agreed with management level of the assigned collections teams.

Plan and prepare necessary steps to implement training & coaching programs agreed with management level of assigned collections teams.

Implement training and coaching programs agreed with management level in forms appropriate to characteristics of assigned collections teams.

Statistics, analysis, and reporting on results of implementation of training and coaching programs agreed with management level of assigned collections teams and propose solutions to improve implementation efficiency.

Other tasks assigned by Management.

Have knowledge of Finance & Banking industry.

From 03 years of experience working in training positions.

Full soft-skills: Communication, Presentation, Negotiation, Problem - Solving.

Bachelor degree.
