Senior Designer (AR-ID)

OUT-2 Design Group is seeking a Senior Designers to lead the delivery of high-quality architectural/ interior design solutions across workplace, education, and mixed-use projects. This is a hands-on design and technical role focused on transforming strategic project objectives into coordinated, compliant, and well-resolved architectural/ interior design solutions from concept through to construction.

Supported by a well-defined and structured design process, the role combines strong architectural/ interior design capability with thorough technical knowledge, ensuring all projects meet the highest standards of quality, regulatory compliance, and design excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Lead architectural/ interior design across all relevant project stages, from strategic briefing and concept design through to construction and project completion.

·         Develop architectural/ interior design solutions that balance design excellence, technical performance, statutory compliance, sustainability, and buildability.

·         Prepare and review documentation to ensure compliance with Vietnamese planning legislation, building regulations, and applicable technical standards.

·         Collaborate with internal teams, external consultants, authorities, and clients to integrate multidisciplinary design information and deliver coordinated project outcomes.

·         Maintain design quality and ensure all outputs align with project intent, OUT-2 Design standards, and client expectations.

·         Support and mentor junior team members, contributing to a high-performance and collaborative studio environment.

·         Review construction progress, assess shop drawings, undertake site inspections, and resolve technical and design-related issues

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

·         Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Architecture/ Interior Design.

·         5–8 years' professional experience in architecture/ interior design.

·         Strong experience delivering commercial, workplace, education, hospitality, and mixed-use projects.

·         Thorough understanding of Vietnamese planning legislation, building regulations, and applicable standards (including QCVN, TCVN, and related statutory approval processes).

·         Strong design, planning, technical documentation, detailing, and multidisciplinary coordination skills.

·         Ability to communicate ideas clearly through sketches, drawings, BIM models, and presentations.

·         Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp; experience with Enscape and Revit is advantageous.

·         Experience working with international clients and multidisciplinary consultant teams is an advantage.

·         Fluent Vietnamese and good English communication.
