Senior Digital Marketing Specialist Remote – Based in Vietnam ( Full-time)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team and support clients in Singapore across various industries. This role is ideal for someone with strong performance marketing experience, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns independently in a remote working environment.

You will work closely with Singapore-based clients to plan, execute, optimize, and report digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client business goals

• Create campaign plans across multiple channels including Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, EDM and as well as ecommerce platforms

• Analyze market trends, audience insights, and competitor activities

• Manage paid advertising campaigns 

• Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI, CPL, CPC, and conversion rates

• Ensure brand consistency across channels

Analytics & Reporting

• Prepare monthly performance reports and actionable insights for clients

• Present campaign results and recommendations during client meetings

• Manage timelines, deliverables, and expectations effectively

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing

• Proven experience managing multi-channel paid advertising campaigns

• Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels and lead generation strategies

• Experience handling international or Singapore-based clients is a plus

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong project management and communication abilities

Language

• Strong written and spoken English is required

• Ability to communicate confidently in client-facing meetings
