Senior Engineer of Electric Fixture

Key Responsibilities

1.     Design, build, modfy and maintain electric fixtures for testing

2.     Support ICT/FCT / functional electrical testing of PCB products

3.     Set up electrical connections between fixtures and test equipment

4.     Troubleshoot and resolve electrical fixture and test- related issues.

5.     Ensure fixture reliability, safety, and testing accuracy.

6.     Create and maintain technical documents, test procedures, and fixture maintenance records

7.     Collaborate with QA, Production, and engineering teams to improve test efficiency and product quality

8.     Support NPI (New product introduction) and production ramp-up

 1. Experience:

-       Minimum 3 years of experience in the professional fields as required above

-       Experience in electric fixture design or maintenance for manufacturing is preferred

-       Familiarity with ICT, FCT, electrical testing, and inspection processs

2.     Technical skills:

-       Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and PCB layouts

-       Experience using test instruments (mustimeter, oscilloscope, power supply)

-       Knowledge of wiring, connectors, relays, sensors and safety circuits

-       Basic knowledge of fixture design and debugging

3. Soft skills:

-       Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

-       Good communication and teamwork abilities

-       Ability to work under pressure in a production environment

-       Attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset

-       Word, excel, power point, outlook are proficient

4. Language require:

-       English or Japanese required (that mean this indicates that proficiency in at least one of the two languages is mandatory)
