Senior Executive, Feasibility Study (FS)

FS Senior Executive onducts the Pre-feasibility assessment for the pre-development phase and updates the FS during the operational phase, ensuring the provision of accurate and objective information on project performance.

Pre-FS and proposal for project development

- Detailed assessment on market research, legal, phasing and master plan,…to propose feasible options for the project to apply in operational phase.

- Collect data from related departments/divisions to input, build Pre-FS/FS models.

- Build relationships, manage timeline and quality when working with external partners,

- Build and calculate Pre-FS/FS models in pre-development stage for specific purposes.

- Propose capital structure, deal structure/cooperation options with partners.

- Analyze Pre-FS/FS and assess financial performance for the project in pre-development phase.

Update FS in operational phase

- Analyze project performance based on actual operation quarterly.

- Update FS with annual business plan.

- Update FS when there are major changes in operation which affects significant project performance

Market research

- Support market research when necessary

Other tasks required by Line Manager

- Depending on specific situation, it is needed to complete Line Manager’s requirements.

Develop Organizational Health

- Ensure 100% compliance and do not violate processes, policies of Department/Division and Company.

- Participate in Training Course, develop personal skills and working quality.

- Propose ideas to improve working quality.

- Give ideas/comments to build processes, SOP to ensure tasks implemented effectively.

Background / Experience:

- Bachelor degree or higher, with a preference for majors in Valuation, Economics, Finance,…

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Real Estate industry, with a preference for Project Development and Feasibility Studies.

- Basic English: listening, speaking, reading, writing

- Proficient in using Microsoft software, with a strong emphasis on Excel skills, and a preference for candidates with good presentation abilities in PowerPoint.
