Senior Fabric Purchaser

• Clarify any concerns regarding material according to the Teck Pack.
• Give the best options regarding material to the Commercial team to discuss with the Customers.
• Ensure all information is clear and approved before processing to develop or mass production.
• Daily tracking with team to be sure they get the SS on time and QA respect the lead time and when they get confirmation be sure they send all to commercial right after approval for arrange trim order    
• Update to WH when the plan changes and to be sure WH has space for receiving or update in time to supplier if no have space to receive    
• Monitor Purchasers to track for all order status to take action immediately to prevent issues happened.
• Ensure the team combine all the order on ERP and update all plan on time…
• Remind purchaser update all the delivery date on the system on time.
• Consolidate between plan and actual, work with commercial manager and planning to be sure we follow the priority    
• Remind team every 2 days for LD request/ PO combination on ERP    
• Join daily meetings with all departments and inform the team if any issue arises.    
• After Purchaser finalized the balance, ensure the compensation has been finished within 30 days    
• Always be sure supplier understand and follow UA's standard.
• Eluvate suppliers every year   
• In charge of ISO and auditing reporting and document update.
• Train the team to organize their work properly and follow the correct priority and train them how to track correctly the order and be sure missing nothing
  

• University degree or above.
• 4–5 years in garment purchasing/planning.
• Purchasing & planning experience in garment industry.
• Good English communication.
• Planning & analytical skills.
• Risk management experience.
• Good MS Office skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Hard-working, proactive, trustworthy.
