Senior Freight Supervisor (No 1 Dao Duy Anh, HN)

Location: Hanoi (Dao Duy Anh, Phuong Mai, Dong Da)

Vendor/Supplier:

- Working with Airlines/Shipping lines/Agent/Oversea agent to update cost/services

- Working with supplier/vendors to manage freight customer’s operation requirements

Sales/ Key Account:

- Manage exiting customers contract/ KPI & service inquiries

- Arrange booking with airlines/shipping lines/agent

- Manage freight operation team to follow customer KPI/Lead times as contract

- Developing new service from exiting customer

- Developing/coordinate with regional BU/Sales to approach new customer

Billing:

- Issuing/Checking monthly SOA to customer base on contract rates

- Checking monthly SOA from supplier (Airlines/ shipping lines/Co-loader/oversea agent…etc) & making payment claim to AP

KPI & Report:

- Control customer KPIs,

- Manage security, safety & damage control of cargo movement

- Update daily reports

- Update monthly cost control report

Others jobs assigned by managers

- Supporting on handle Air Import shipment; Sea Import/Export shipments

- Tracking & update manifest for import shipment

- Handle operation jobs outside at airport terminal/ customs/ related authorities

- Sales administrations

Experiences/Skill/Requirements:

Good computer skill: Words, Excel & Power point

English reading/speaking/writing fluently

Five year experiences on international freight forwarding

Proactive/independent/inquisitive/grow mind set
