SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES EXECUTIVE (Japanese or English)

• Manage employee attendance records, check and verify daily/ monthly timesheets to ensure accuracy and compliance with company regulations.
• Prepare, sign, and manage labor contracts (new contracts, renewals, extensions, and terminations).
• Handle procedures related to social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance: registration, adjustment, and benefits settlement.
• Maintain, update, and ensure the accuracy of employee personnel files and the HR database.
• Ensure compliance with Vietnamese labor laws, social insurance regulations, and company policies.
• Support the HR Manager for HR-related matters.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Head of Department to support the team and other departments when necessary.

*Shuffle Bus: 4 lines (From Bien Hoa, Hang Xanh, Nga 4 Thu Duc and Baria - Vung tau)

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Having a minimum of 3 years of experience working in HR administration, preferably in attendance, contracts, and social insurance.
• Solid knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations.
• Good command of English or Japanese (Japanese preferred).
• Detail-oriented, responsible, honest, and able to work under pressure.
• Proficient in office computer applications.
• Preferably residing in Dong Nai or nearby areas.
