Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders;
Write business requirement documents (BRD, SRS, User Stories, etc.);
Design and optimize TMS operational processes;
Work with the Product Manager and Technical Team to ensure correct implementation;
Support UAT testing to ensure the system meets business needs;
Train and guide end-users on system usage;

At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in TMS, Logistics;
Experience working with Order Management Systems (OMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS);
Proficiency in process design tools like Visio, Draw.io, Lucidchart;
Understanding of APIs and databases is an advantage;
Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills;
Proficiency in English is an advantage;
