Senior/Junior Cost Engineer (Mechanics, Working in Binh Duong)

1. Quotation & Price Management

• Utilize the ERP-SAP system to prepare quotations for various product lines.
• Receive customer drawings and requirements via email or hard copy.
• Analyze and review drawings and customer specifications to address technical requirements.
• Prepare quotation data (materials, tooling costs, etc.) based on approved drawings.

2. Order Processing

• Check and confirm cycle time/takt time before issuing the Manufacturing Order (MO) to ensure production readiness.

3. Technical Coordination

• Identify appropriate manufacturing methods and processes based on product structure and technical requirements.
• Verify the suitability of existing molds, tools, jigs, and machines for new products.
• Propose new molds/tools/jigs/machines when necessary and estimate the related costs.

4. Cross-Department Coordination

• Participate in internal meetings to review production feasibility, cost structure, and delivery schedules.
• Verify the suitability of existing molds, tools, jigs, and machines for new product requirements.

5. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain quotation, order, and customer communication records in the ERP-SAP system.
• Prepare weekly and monthly quotation reports for management.
• Ensure all records comply with company policies and ISO standards.

• Male/Female. Under 40 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant major.
• Have 03 years of experience in a similar position within the mechanical manufacturing industry.
• Good command of English.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes; experienced in reading technical drawings, material take-off, BOM creation, and product costing.
• Proficient in using SAP.
