Job Description

Account & Business Management

  • Analyze business performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Work with clients on demand forecasting and ensure smooth goods delivery.
  • Build and execute monthly business plans with clients, platforms, and internal teams.
  • Manage receivables, revenue consolidation, and reconciliation.
  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards & reports.

Campaign Management

  • Plan and manage integrated campaign calendars, especially peak seasons (11.11, 12.12, Tet, platform birthdays).
  • Conceptualize and execute campaigns aligned wiƯth brand strategy & sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Commercial, Digital, E-Merchandising, Creative, Finance, Ops) and platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiki…).
  • Track campaign performance, extract insights, and share key learnings with brands.
  • Monitor e-commerce trends & best practices.

Merchandise & Visual Management

  • Ensure onsite visibility execution (banners, PDPs, category pages, homepage) meets timeline & revenue targets.
  • Control product & brand presentation to optimize user experience and conversion.
  • Analyze platform reports to identify performance drivers & gaps.
  • Proactively propose visual, mechanic, and merchandising solutions to boost sales.
  • Work closely with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to optimize UX & conversion.

Operations Excellence

  • Coordinate end-to-end order fulfillment & delivery with Ops teams.
  • Ensure online store KPIs are met (availability, execution accuracy).

Education background requirements: Bacher’s degree in in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience/Industry requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in Key Account / E-commerce / Merchandising.
  • Strong understanding of E-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiki).
  • Hands-on experience with visual merchandising / e-merchandising.
  • Data-driven mindset; comfortable with reports & performance analysis.
  • Strong coordination & stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and execution-focused.
