The Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for driving the growth, brand presence, and commercial performance of Revision Skincare/Premium Portfolio across strategic Key Accounts. These include VIP Private Hospitals, High-End Aesthetic & Dermatology Clinics, Beauty Spa and Luxury Wellness/Lounge Ecosystems.
This role bridges medical/skincare expertise with prestige service excellence, focusing on optimizing revenue, managing long-term portfolio growth, and building sustainable, trust-based partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Channel Ownership & Commercial Growth
- Channel Management: Own sales targets, and commercial performance across assigned Key Accounts.
- Annual Account Planning: Develop annual and quarterly growth plans, deliver accurate demand forecasting, and strategically allocate resources (Training, Marketing, Activations).
- Strategic Partnership & Terms: Lead commercial terms negotiation, trade terms, and joint business planning (JBP) aligned with brand long-term positioning.
2. Portfolio & Product Lifecycle Management- Integrated aesthetic medicine
- Portfolio Optimization: Build and optimize product mix architecture by account/segment (leveraging the SkinHealth Pyramid & indication-based routines).
- Listing & New account Execution & Lifecycle: Lead end-to-end product listing & new account for medical and VIP channels to maintain portfolio productivity.
- Integrated aesthetic medicine Solutions: Collaboration with Medical team to design integrated aesthetic medicine clients.
3. Market Understanding & Field Intelligence
- Buying Behavior & Field Insights: Synthesize field reality and buyer behavior at elite clinics/hospitals to adjust local sales tactics and improve conversion rate.
- Market Mapping: Analyze competitor strategies within prestige skincare, aesthetics, and private healthcare to identify unmet market needs and category whitespace.
4. Customer Relation & Service Experience Excellence
- High-Level Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders: , Dermatologists, Aesthetic Doctors, Clinic Owners, and VIP Healthcare Executives.
- Premium Service Standards: Ensure point-of-sale (POS) and in-clinic execution reflect prestige luxury standards. Lead authentic, personalized "caring" practices to enhance the VIP customer journey.
- Cross-functional Enablement: Partner closely with Medical & Marketing teams to deliver product, clinical, and experience training to clinic staff, nurses, and consultants.
5. Business Intelligence & Strategic Insights
- Performance Tracking: Conduct Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews with key partners and internal executive leadership.
- Pipeline & Risk Management: Monitor commercial pipelines, identify business risks, and implement corrective action plans to ensure annual target delivery.

- Team Development & Performance training: Provide timely feedback, evaluate performance, resolve internal conflicts, and take full accountability for overall team results.
