Senior Key Account Supervisor

We are looking for a Senior Key Account Supervisor to support daily commercial and operational activities for key accounts, ensuring accurate data tracking, smooth coordination, and timely reporting.

• Track and consolidate sales data, shipment status, stock levels, and account performance.
• Support in forecast preparation and data accuracy checks.
• Assist in coordination with cross functional teams (planning, procurement, production, logistics, QA, finance, warehouse, etc.) to follow up on tasks and ensure timely execution.
• Conduct market research and compile competitive and market insights.
• Perform data analysis.
• Assist with operational tasks, documentation, and follow-up items.
• Support administrative tasks related to key account management.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in sales support, commercial operations, supply chain coordination, or similar roles.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Hard-working, disciplined, and highly organized.
• Strong ability to adapt, learn quickly, and manage multiple tasks.
• Good analytical skills; proficiency in Excel or data tools is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive working style.
