Lead the end-to-end Engagement & Training cycle, including Training Needs Analysis (TNA), program design, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
Design, and manage training solutions across multiple formats, including instructor-led training, virtual learning, e-learning, microlearning, and blended learning programs.
Manage and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring data accuracy, training administration efficiency, reporting effectiveness, and resolution of system-related issues.
Coordinate overseas training programs, including logistics, employee support, and compliance with company policies and travel requirements.
Lead employee engagement initiatives by collaborating with Global, Regional, and Local stakeholders to strengthen employee experience and organizational culture.
Manage the annual Employee Engagement Survey process, including communication, data analysis, action planning, and follow-up activities to improve engagement outcomes.
Develop and execute internal communication strategies utilizing digital platforms, social media, and innovative technologies to improve employee awareness and engagement.
Design and implement engagement programs, campaigns, and events that foster collaboration, recognition, well-being, and a positive workplace environment.
Manage the training and Employee Engagement budget, including cost planning, vendor payments, procurement processes, and budget tracking to ensure effective resource utilization.

University graduated
Good in excel, word, pivot tables, powerpoint
Intermediate English in writing, communicating
