POSITION OVERVIEW Responsible for driving talent development through the design and implementation of Learning & Development programs. Plays a proactive role in proposing talent development solutions to enhance workforce capability and organizational effectiveness. The role also takes direct responsibility for recruitment activities (approximately 30%), ensuring the quality of talent acquisition and the sustainable development of the workforce
