Event Planning & Execution: Develop event ideas and action plans for both in-club events (e.g., Member Appreciation, Fitness Challenges, Class Demos, Wellness Days) and off-site activations (e.g., malls, communities, partners).
Coordination & Implementation: Coordinate with club staff, PTs, GroupX/Yoga coaches, Sales, Marketing team, and partners during event execution.
Budget Management: Work with relevant teams for pre–during–post event communication: POSM design, content creation, MC/influencer booking if needed.
Brand Collaboration: Seek brand collaboration opportunities to co-host events and maximize brand synergy.
Post-event Evaluation: Measure event effectiveness (participation, leads generated, engagement level...), prepare reports, and suggest improvements.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in event management, preferably in fitness/wellness/lifestyle industry.
Strong commercial sense, with proven ability to achieve outcomes that marry ideas with results.
Proven ability to organize events and activations, including preparing proposals and post-event reports
Skilled in developing performance reports and measuring campaign effectiveness
Able to collaborate with outlets to optimize foot traffic
Excellent organizational, time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Willing to work on weekends or off-hours when events take place.
Proficient in English; able to provide interpretation support during events when necessary.
