- Build and maintain diverse and high-quality talent pipelines
- Develop long-term relationships with potential candidates
- Expand sourcing channels including job platforms, referrals, and partnerships
4. Employer Branding
- Advise on and shape employer branding strategy
- Lead initiatives to enhance company visibility in the talent market
- Organize and execute branding campaigns, career events, and partnerships
5. Recruitment Process & Policy Enhancement
- Develop and continuously improve recruitment processes and policies
- Ensure competitiveness and alignment with market practices
- Enhance onboarding programs to improve new hire experience and integration
