Mô tả Công việc

1. Workforce Planning & Recruitment Strategy

  • Partner with stakeholders to identify hiring needs and develop workforce plans
  • Design and execute annual recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Plan and manage recruitment budgets; monitor and report utilization

2. End-to-End Recruitment Management

  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment across all functions within the organization
  • Ensure recruitment activities are executed in line with policies and processes
  • Track, analyze, and report hiring performance; recommend improvements
  • Ensure quality, speed, and consistency in hiring delivery

3. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development

  • Build and maintain diverse and high-quality talent pipelines
  • Develop long-term relationships with potential candidates
  • Expand sourcing channels including job platforms, referrals, and partnerships

4. Employer Branding

  • Advise on and shape employer branding strategy
  • Lead initiatives to enhance company visibility in the talent market
  • Organize and execute branding campaigns, career events, and partnerships

5. Recruitment Process & Policy Enhancement

  • Develop and continuously improve recruitment processes and policies
  • Ensure competitiveness and alignment with market practices
  • Enhance onboarding programs to improve new hire experience and integration

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Law, or related fields
  • Background or exposure to Media, Advertising, or Technology industries is a plus

Experience

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in talent acquisition within large-scale organizations
  • At least 2 years of team management experience
  • Proven experience in building and leveraging talent networks

Technical Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and best practices
  • Familiarity with HR systems and recruitment tools
