*Senior Manufacturing Lean Supervisor (work at SHTP, District 9, shuttle bus provided)

Main Responsibility:

- Lead the daily implementation of Lean practices and a culture of continuous improvement (CI) across the factory, including regularly evaluating how mature our Lean system is.

- Map the entire production flow (Value Stream Mapping), design future improved processes, and create a clear long-term vision for the Saigon Hi-Tech Park (SHTP) production area.

- Train, coach, and mentor managers and team leaders in structured problem-solving techniques to manage the shop floor more effectively.

- Build and roll out the “Milwaukee Production System” (our company’s standardized way of working) at the TTI's factories, ensuring it fully matches global operational excellence (OPEX) standards.

- Foster a strong continuous-improvement mindset by organizing and leading Kaizen events, 5S activities, and Lean manufacturing workshops.

REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering or Industrial Engineering

Experience: At least 05 years in Production/Process Engineering field with minimum 4-5 years in a Supervisor 
position. With working experience in Plastic, Mechanical or Electronic products

Knowledge:
Functional Skills
• Proven ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• People management experience is a must

• Good team player with positive approach.
• Excellent English communication skill
